Study Closure Notice dated March 23, 2018 (posted to CTSU). This study will close to accrual at 5 pm ET March 27, 2018, because it has reached its accrual target. All patients registered to Step 1 registration by March 27 will be permitted to proceed to the randomization step (Step 2).

Specimen Transmittal form (For Peripheral Blood) has been revised and posted on the CTSU website.  Use the revised version date, March 20, 2018, immediately.

Philadelphia East Operations early closure on March 30th
The Philadelphia East Operations office will be closing at 12:30 pm EDT on Friday, March 30 in observance of Good Friday.

Biospecimen Bank-San Francisco closure on March 30th
The NRGBB-San Francisco will be closed on Friday, March 30 in observance of the UCSF Cesar Chavez Day Holiday. Do NOT ship frozen specimens Wednesday, March 28 or Thursday, March 29. Limited staff will be on site but the building will be closed, so NO deliveries can be made. All ambient shipments will be re-delivered on Monday, April 2.
